Blogmas- Day 10

Lush reviews

Today I’m going to be reviewing some lush products that I featured in a haul in November and I hope you like it. I never know what to buy in lush as I only buy products that I like the smell of so with my luck all the most interesting and raved about products don’t smell nice in my opinion because I am always unlucky haha! Comment if you have any further questions and I will be sure to reply ;)xx

Candy horn bubble bar
This was the first thing I used as I was so excited, as it looks super cute! This created a gorgeous pastel pink colour with a little glitter through it! I used half of it, which I thought was enough. My bath smelt so sweet but not too strong. This was my favourite scent out of all of them (obviously this one and the magic wand as they have the same smell!) This made my skin moisturised and it was just so relaxing. Candy horn created quite a lot of bubbles which was such a treat!

Yuzu and Cocoa bubble bar
I used this tonight and I loved it! I wasn’t expecting it to be that pigmented as it’s a bubble bar, however it surprised me! This turned my bath a limey green colour and I can’t belive how strong the colour was. I only used a quarter which wasn’t enough as it didn’t create enough bubbles but that was my mistake. I recommend using half but use it when it’s not that full, to get more bubbles!! This was very moisturising my skin was so silky afterwards. To be honest I didn’t have high hopes for this product as I have never heard anyone talking about it, however this exceeded my expectations :)))

Magic wand bubble bar
I have wanting to try this for ages! It looks so pretty and feminine, perfect for a girly girl like me. I give this top marks for how lovely it looks and it’s totally Instagram worthy ;) This didn’t create as many bubbles as I would have liked however it did create a gorgeous pinky colour to the bath. It is very good value for money, it’s £5.25 and you can get up to 10 uses! I have only used this twice but it has held together really well :)). It is a bit of a nightmare to store so keep your product baggy thing as that is what I put it in so it’s not messy, there is probably a better way to store it but I haven’t found it out yet! Overall this product is pretty good and is very good value for money. It would be perfect for a gift or if you are starting to get into lush.

Granny takes a dip bubble bar
This was a bit of a let down to be honest, everyone raves about it but personally I didn’t think it was anything special! There was not much colour pay off not even a tint! However it did smell nice and created loads of bubbles which was really good. I think if I didn’t had such a high expectation I would of liked it more. I added half then I didn’t see much colour so I added a bit more but nothing happened so I left it as it is. I would definitely recommend this only if you want loads of bubbles <3

Mmmelting Marshmallow Moment Bath Oil
I didn’t really have high hopes for this product as it was only £2.00 and I have never heard of it before, however I can’t believe how moisturising it was. My skin was so soft and it was so nice! I thought it would have been like a bath bomb where you drop it in and it explodes but it kind of just floats and slowly a bit of colour is released. As I said I didn’t really know what to expect but I think I will get it again for the moisturising factor and it’s very inexpensive as well. I’m glad I got it to test out but it’s not my favourite lush product.

Hope you liked this post as much as I loved taking loads of baths! It was so nice to treat myself to some bath treats and it relaxed me so much!! – em <3
