beauty haul + first impressions

hi everyone hope you are all well. today I am going to be showing you some beauty bits I recently picked up of my christmas money.

rimmel wake me up concealer in the shade light - amazon
i am really excited to try this concealer, I have high hopes! this is really inexpensive, especially if you buy it of amazon as they always have a percentage off.

real techniques powder brush - amazon
this brush is incredibly soft and fluffy and is such a nice size for dusting powder all over. the packaging is the same as all the other face brushes and i think this will be the same high quality.

real techniques setting brush - amazon
i have recently got into highlighter but didn't have a specific brush for it so i need a brush and this looked like what i was looking for. alongside the other brushes this is just as soft and the packaging is the same as the other finish brushes. i love how this is quite flat and just such a perfect shape for highlighting or powdering in specific places.

paul frank lip balm trio - boots
the boots sale is definitley worth a look all gift sets are half price and i thought this set looked really good. this comes with three colourful lip balms that are super moisturising, i absolutley love it <3.

loreal paris colour riche lipstick in the shade j lo' nude - superdrug
this honestly feels like a lip balm on your lips. it gives your lips such a beautiful natural colour which is perfect for everyday wear. the packaging is also so gorgeous and looks incredible on your dressing table.

rimmel stay matte powder in the shade transparent - tesco
i can't really do a first impressions on this as it's a repurchase! this is just an amazing powder can't really fault it.

benefit they're real mascara deluxe mini - boots
this mascara is pretty much the most hyped about mascara, i don't know anyone who doesn't like this mascara. the brush is just so unusual and intresting but it works well. i haven't properly tried this yet but i put a layer over my normal mascara to try it out and it made my lashes amazing!

maybeline baby skin instant fatigue blur warm apricot primer - superdrug
my spoonie friend pretty much relies on this product when she does her makeup as her and i are always tired and struggle with sleep. i have had quite a few complements on my skin and i think this is it! i will definitley be continuing using it.

makeup revolution ultra blush palette in sugar and spice - superdrug
this palette is just absolutley gorgeous! i have wanted to try a makeup revolution face palette for ages so i thought i would pick it up. i love all of these colours and i can't believe it was only £6!! these are all really pigmented and just so beautiful.

makeup revolution iconic pro lipstick in the shade you're a star - superdrug
the packaging is pretty much identical to mac lipstick, apart from the rose gold details which personally i prefer, this was only £2.49 which is just incredible! the shade is just slightly lighter than my natural lip colour and is a matte formula, however it feels creamy on the lips. This looks very similar to the loreal lipstick, but in real live they aren't as similar.

revlon lip butter in the shade berry smoothie - boots
i see pictures of revlon lip butters everywhere on instagram and wanted to try it so bad. the colour pay of is actually really good being a tinted lip balm and is great for people like me who aren't yet brave enough to wear a a full on dark lip.

maybeline baby lips in hydrate - boots
i just recently finished the yellow one but i couldn't find that in store so i just bought the original/blue one instead which is just as good. the only difference is that the colours are better ;)). if you haven't tried it, you need to they are so moisturising and you can also get tinted baby lips <3

just pink mini perfume - next
i absolutley love this scent! this wasn't in the next sale but it was really inexpensive, i can't really desribe scents but it smells nice haha! all of the just pink are just so lovely, not to mention very photogenic!

garnier micellar cleansing water - superdrug
another repurchase, it's just absolutley amazing does the job and is really inexpensive. not much else to say really!

johnsons baby shampoo - tesco
you are probably thinking why are you buying baby shampoo?!?! well it's to clean my makeup brushes and works really well! it also makes your brushes smell really nice and doesn't have any bad things in it to irritate skin so perfect for people like me who have sensitive skin.

that's everything i bought, i also bought a few bath things but i am going to save them for another post ;)) hope you liked this post, i had a ball spending some of my christmas money! - em <3xx
